PRIVACY POLICY

Your health data is yours.

What we collect

  • Email address (only with your consent, at the end of onboarding or via the waitlist form)
  • Subscription and billing information (processed by Stripe — we never see raw card numbers)
  • Aggregate analytics data (page views, feature usage — via Vercel Analytics, anonymized)

What we do NOT collect

  • Your hormone profile, onboarding answers, or health context — these live in your browser's localStorage only
  • Your daily supplement log or check-in data — also localStorage only
  • Any data we cannot legally hold under state health privacy laws

LocalStorage — your device only

  • Your hormone profile (profile type, age bracket, goals, context flags) is stored in your browser's localStorage
  • We have no access to this data. It does not leave your device unless you explicitly subscribe
  • Clearing your browser data or tapping "Reset profile" permanently deletes it — there is nothing on our side to delete

Data sharing

  • We will never sell your data
  • We will never share your data with advertisers, insurers, employers, or data brokers
  • We share data with Stripe (billing) and Supabase (email list infrastructure) — both under strict data processing agreements
  • We will never comply with law enforcement requests for health data that we do not possess

Analytics

  • We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate page view and feature usage data
  • We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers on health-related pages
  • Analytics events are anonymized and contain no personally identifiable information

Your rights

  • Reset your profile: tap "Reset profile" in your profile page — deletes all local data
  • Delete your account: email us at privacy@helios.health — we will delete your email from our database within 72 hours
  • Data export: we can export any data we hold on you (which is only your email and subscription status) upon request
